Parent Letter about Blue Sheets

Blue Sheet Information

Purpose: “Getting It Together For Middle School”
-History has shown that this is a positive incentive to keep the students focused
on learning throughout the remainder of the school year.
-End the year on a positive note.

Desired Qualities:
-Honesty
-Pride
-Respect for self and others
-Cooperation
-Completing and handing in assignments on time
-Being prepared

Students will need to get signatures from their teachers each week. They will get a signature by following the rules and expectations that we’ve had all year. They will need signatures from:
-Classroom teacher
-Music teacher
-Art teacher
-Health/PE teacher
-Library teacher
-Lunch teacher
-Principal

If the student gets all of his or her signatures for the week, then Mr. Senitte will reward them each week. If student has all 8 out of 8 weeks signed, then he or she will get a free lunch at Fuddruckers on the last Monday of school. If the student gets 6 out of 8 weeks signed, then he or she will get to go on the end of the year field trip. We really want the kids to succeed. We will do everything we can to make sure your child is successful. They need to keep working hard and putting forth their best effort.

Sincerely,
Chris Morales and Jody Albarez
