Spring is Here!

We're all happy to see the sunshine. Sorry I haven't kept up on the blog. Life in 6th grade is busy, busy. Today we are taking the MAP math test. This used to be called the NWEA test but the name has changed. We also take them on the computer now which is nice. We get results almost immediately. We will take our reading test on Wednesday at 8:30. Our final test will be next Wednesday, April 15 at 8:30. It will be the Language test.
Just a reminder that Student Council will meet in my room this THURSDAY at 8:00 a.m. Remember that we do not have school on Friday or Monday. (I have meetings on Monday.) The blue sheets have officially started. So far, so good. Please remember to have your assignment notebook signed by a parent or guardian. Also, it is imperative that you get all of your work in, including when you are absent. Check the blog daily for assignments that you miss if you are absent. Ask a friend to call you to let you know what we did in school. TEAMWORK IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!!!
Have a fabulous, sunshiney evening! Enjoy! Read, read, read!
